Introductory APR checklist

Use the provider's current terms to fill in the details. This worksheet is general education and does not recommend a card or predict approval.

What to check and space to record the terms
Eligible transactions	Write down whether the promotion covers purchases, balance transfers, or both.
Start and end dates	Record when the promotional clock starts and the final date it applies.
Fees	Check transfer fees, annual fees, and any conditions attached to the advertised rate.
Rate afterward	Write down the ongoing APR or range and whether it can vary.
Payment conditions	Check each due date, the required minimum, and what could end the promotion.
Payoff timing	Allow room to repay before the end date; the minimum may not clear the balance.
