What to check and space to record the terms
Transfer fee	Percentage, minimum fee, and how the fee is charged.
Promotional rate	The transfer APR, start date, and exact end date.
Timing	The request deadline and expected processing time.
After the promotion	The ongoing transfer APR or range.
New purchases	Purchase APR and any effect on the grace period.
Payment plan	Actual due dates, required minimums, and the remaining repayment amount.
